I've been there. I'm on your side.

It's lonely at the top, and nobody tells you it gets lonelier the further you go. I know, because I lived it.

I've been building companies since I was a teenager. Over the last 25 years I've operated at the highest levels of Silicon Valley and deep in the trenches of the startup world. I ran strategy for Google X's Project Loon, built the original business plans for YouTube TV and NFL Sunday Ticket, and led M&A for LinkedIn's largest business. Then I co-founded Curated. I scaled it from zero to 500 people and $75M in revenue, raised $165M from tier-one VCs, and drove it to a $330M acquisition. I built the operating machine from the ground up.

I've raised the capital, sat at the board table, bought companies and sold one, navigated the dynamics nobody warns you about, and lived the part of the curve that comes after the part everyone talks about.

I'm the partner who tells you the truth when everyone else is telling you what you want to hear, and has your back when no one else does.

Most companies don't die because the vision was wrong. They die because the operational reality underneath it is harder, messier, and lonelier than anyone tells you. Founders see themselves as visionaries, and then quietly struggle with the actual machinery of scaling the thing.

That's where I come in. I help founders build the operating system that turns a great idea into a real, repeatable company. Real planning. Priorities that actually mean something. Accountability that holds when things get hard.

And between those sessions, I'm reachable. When something urgent hits (and in a startup it will), I'm in your corner, not behind a calendar.
